 1 head round sweet cabbage
 1 pinch salt
 1 packet kailan or kale, chiffonade
 1 apple, cut into matchsticks (exclude if you want to make Keto)
 1 tbsp caraway seeds
 ½ lemon, juiced
 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Toast caraway seeds in a dry small skillet over medium heat, tossing constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Let cool.

Slice cabbage into strips in a large bowl. Toss with salt.

Chiffonade kailan and add to cabbage with matchsticked apple.

Add caraway seeds with lemon juice and oil and toss til combined.
